Magnetic Zero

If you aren't familiar with Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, then tune in now. Their music is suitably folky and incredibly addictive. I saw their live show at Big Day Out last week and suffice to say, they are pretty damn cute. Wooing the crowd with his - well, magnetic - energy, singer Alexander Ebert has got a preacher vibe, tattered clothing and long, straggly locks that are frankly reminiscent of the messiah himself. And Jade is just super cute, playing tambourine like a doll in her baby blue summer dress. At the end of the set, she picked up her woven rucksack and skipped off stage. Adorable.
